SHIPPING POLICY — PATRICIA'S COPPER
PROCESSING & SHIPPING

Each piece in Patricia's final collection is handmade to order in her Sedona workshop. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed before it is shipped.

Once dispatched, orders are delivered with tracked shipping in 4–9 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your purchase is complete.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your personal tracking number so you can follow your piece on its way to you.

If you cannot find your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder — it sometimes finds its way there.

If you still cannot locate it, reach out to us at and we will help you straight away.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

Orders shipped from our overseas warehouse may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer to pay.

Our product prices are displayed excluding VAT. Any applicable duties or import fees will be determined by your local customs authority at the point of delivery.

RETURNS

Every piece Patricia has made has been made with care and intention. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, please contact us at and we will guide you through the process.

Please note that as this is a final closing sale, we encourage you to reach out before returning — we will always do our best to make things right.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your piece arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately at with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
